Student Prices In The Ski Resort

If you are a student visiting Geilo, you get a 40% discount on day passes in the regular season!

Here you can create new energy and inspiration on the ski slopes between lectures. Remember that in the middle of the week, you have extra space to clear your mind on freshly prepared slopes and enjoy a well-deserved  coffee or home-made cocoa in one of our many ski cafes.

Ski passes at student prices can be purchased at the ski reception on presentation of a valid student ID.

Here are our tips:

  • If you buy a ski pass for the following day, the pass is valid from 3pm the day before. Example: If you buy a ski pass on Saturday, the card is valid from Friday at 3pm and throughout Saturday.
  • If you have bought a ski pass that includes a Tuesday or Friday, you get night skiing from 3pm - 8pm with the purchase! Night skiing at Slaatta (Tuesdays) and Vestlia (Fridays). Read more about night skiing.
  • In the middle of the week, there is extra space on the slopes and in the cafes.
  • Is it tempting to spend many days at Geilo? If you ski for more than 14 days, it pays off to buy a season pass
