Sauna and Bathing in the Winter:
Vinternatt offers you an unforgettable experience with a sauna and ice bath at Ustaoset, or a sauna combined with snow bathing at Vestlia Resort.
Sauna and Bathing in the Summer:
Experience the perfect combination of relaxation and well-being with sauna and bathing at Ustaoset, or sauna and cold therapy at Vestlia Resort.
Practical information about saunas and baths:
- Duration: 90 minutes.
- Number/booking: You book 1 sauna for private use for 90 minutes including ice bath/bath. For up to 6 people. If you know each other well, you get space for 8 people.
- Age: Suitable for all ages
- Price includes: Private sauna experience combined with bading/ice bath/snow bath (optional) in Ustevatn. Firewood is included.
- Bring: Towel, swimwear and water bottle. If you want to take an ice bath, you must bring woolen socks, mittens, a hat and warm clothes. We then recommend large shoes that are easy to put on. There are no changing rooms nearby.
- Parking: At Ustaoset park next to the Joker/petrol station. Parking fee is paid to the petrol station at Ustaoset. For sauna at Geilo parker at Vestlia Resort, lower parking lot.
