Dog Sledding in Geilo

Geilo Dogsledding offers an unforgettable dog sledding trip, choose between 5 or 10 km trip on the fjord. Geilo Dogsledding runs with two large teams, and each team has two sleds. By driving with two sleds, you as a guest will get a spectacular feeling of controlling your own sled.

Practical Information About Dog Sledding:

• Maximum people per dog team are two adults and one child.
• Wear a warm and windproof jacket and trousers, warm shoes, hat, neckerchief and mittens/gloves. Feel free to bring sunglasses/slalom goggles.
• Children under 2 ride for free. Let us know if you have such small children with you.
• Children up to the age of 11 sit in the sled together with an adult. Adults are considered from the age of 12 and can then stand on a sled if desired.
• Meeting point is at Geilo swimming beach, follow the sign "Geilo Dogsledding".
